Welcome to the future Web presence of the California Electric Vehicle Museum (to be known as Cal EV)!

Our goal is to meticulously catalog and preserve the history of electric vehicles and their relation to California, the culture of the people who drove them, and the technological, environmental, political, and economic issues surrounding their existence. The museum will serve the public directly through educational and outreach programs to promote the adoption of EVs and will maintain a collection of vehicles, which when feasible, will be viewable and drivable by the public.
